Here is an online resource to help us all with our reading. It provides reading resources in the form of books to use all the time, 24/7. Project Gutenberg is an online resource where you can find and download books, in English for many authors in English literature. We want to use this to take short stories to read in class, to analyze the grammar, expand our vocabulary and practice our ability to summarize or reproduce ideas that we read.
Students can use this link to find and read books that interest them. It's easy to use too. If you know the title of the book or the author enter that information in the correct field and you're off. You can even download the books onto your laptop. Students take a few minutes to look around the Project Gutenberg web site and if you have any questions, don't forget to ask them in class.
